Temperature Tips

Temperature Tips are the most popular temperature sensor. Temperature Tips are also known as Thermocouple Tips. They are cost-effective, Cheap, interchangeable, have standard connectors, and can measure a wide range of temperature range. The main limitation of our designed temperature tips is accuracy, system errors of less than 1°C can be difficult to achieve. Dhan Industrial Impex has Designed and Developed developed temperature tips to detect and measure the temperature using thermocouples of various types like R and S type. We manufacture expendable immersion-type thermocouple tips with spiral cardboard paper tubes which are fitted onto the lance pipes and used to take the temperature of molten metal in foundry and steel plants. When immersed in the molten metal for a few seconds, approx (4 to 5 seconds) the process of millivolts transfer to the microprocessor starts, and the temperature is displayed on the display unit.
